Our team of educators at Bright Beginning have a commitment to the children, the service and their individual career aspirations. The service supports the continuity of professional development of our educators with regular workshops and training supplied in a range of different topics specific to Early Childhood Education and Care.
Danielle Cooper
Nominated Supervisor & Educational Leader - Danielle is responsible for the daily operations of the service as required by the regulatory authorities. With over 5 years experience as a Diploma qualified educator, Danielle is currently studying her Bachelor of Early Childhood Education for 0-5 years & oversees the full curriculum plan for the service
Sandy Jeffress
Passionate about children's development in their early year, Sandy is Diploma qualified and brings fresh ideas and interactive class-time to the service. Sandy supports the management team with reviewing the "Quality Improvement Plan" and is also the Events coordinator, facilitating community events for the service
Antonia Heyhoe
Certificate III qualified with over 20 years experience, Antonia brings a wealth of knowledge to the service & its regulatory requirements. Highly motivated & always an enthusiastic and familiar face for our children & families
Caitlin Bowers
Trainee Certificate III, Caitlin is a recent High School Graduate who is undertaking her in-house traineeship at our service through TAFE and supported by our entire team to develop her skills and knowledge within the Early Learning environment
Melissa Said
Approved Provider & Diploma qualified, Melissa operates the business in line with The National Law & Regulations, to maintain the exceptional high level of service to our families in Albion Park & surrounding areas of the Illawarra.
